About Emile Bordelon Transport

Emile Bordelon Transport began in 1988 as Emile Bordelon Custom Spraying, located in Harrisonburg, LA, as a licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator in the State of Louisiana. Spraying insecticides, herbicides and, fertilizer on agricultural crops. We used Class 8 Trucks and Tanker trailers along with Straight trucks. As farming technology changed along with the hybrid varieties of seed, the demand for commercial application of pesticides was significantly reduced.

In 1993 to 1995, Emile Bordelon Custom Spraying began to slowly shift focus away from crop spraying to the transportation industry. Our customers at the time required some form of transportation, transporting their crop from harvest fields to grain elevators and, transporting cottonseed from the gin to the oil mill.

Since 1995 the opportunity for growth and expansion has developed. Emile Bordelon Transport has a good working relationship with our clients and, our clients depend and trust us to do the job required.
